数据分析流程概述

数据分析过程包括六个阶段：

• 提问（ask）Define the problem and confirm stakeholder expectations
• 准备（prepare）Collect and store data for analysis
• 处理（process）Clean and transform data to ensure integrity
• 分析（analyze）Use data analysis tools to draw conclusions
• 分享（share）Interpret and communicate results to others to make data-driven decisions
• 行动（act）Put your insights to work in order to solve the original problem

数据生命周期与工具

• 数据虽然不是生命体，但有其生命周期，数据分析师通过合适的工具让数据“活起来”。
• 常用的数据分析工具包括电子表格、数据库、查询语言和可视化软件。

规划阶段

• 在分析项目开始前确定所需的数据类型，管理方式和预期结果。
• 多种来源，公开或内部数据。
• 数据库要确保数据完整性，可信度，和隐私。还有数据清洗保证后续分析。
• 利用数据解决问题，支持决策和实现目标。

数据归档 VS. 销毁

• 归档阶段将不常用但仍需保存的数据存储起来，避免干扰分析。
• 销毁阶段安全删除数据，保护公司及客户隐私，如使用数据擦除软件和碎纸处理。

Plan:

Decide what kind of data is needed, how it will be managed, and who will be responsible for it.

Capture:

Collect or bring in data from a variety of different sources.

Manage:

Care for and maintain the data. This includes determining how and where it is stored and the tools used to do so.

Analyze:

Use the data to solve problems, make decisions, and support business goals.

Archive:

Keep relevant data stored for long-term and future reference.

Destroy:

Remove data from storage and delete any shared copies of the data.
